About these terms
These terms apply to every order placed at reloadretro.com. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
Who we are
Reload Retro is the online store for retro game consoles at reloadretro.com. You can reach us at [email protected] or through our contact form.
Products
We sell retro handheld and TV game consoles. Each product page describes the console, what is in the box and its main specifications. Photographs show the actual product. We may correct errors on product pages at any time.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you pay. Import VAT, customs duties and carrier fees charged in your country are not included; see our Shipping Policy. Payment is taken by our payment providers when you place the order. We do not see or store your card details.
Placing an order
Your order is accepted when we confirm your payment by email. If a console is unavailable, the price shown was clearly wrong, or we cannot deliver to your address, we may cancel the order, tell you by email and refund you in full within 14 days. We may limit the quantity per order.
Delivery
Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. The goods become your responsibility when they are delivered to you.
Returns, refunds and guarantees
Your 14-day right to cancel, how to return a console and how faults are handled are set out in our Return and Refund Policy. Consoles are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity of your country.
Discount codes
A discount code applies only to the order in which it is used, within the period stated, and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may withdraw a code that has been published outside our own channels.
Reviews
Reviews are checked before publication. By sending us a review you allow us to display it on our website. We publish only the name you give us.
Intellectual property
The Reload Retro name, logo, texts and photographs belong to us or are used with permission and may not be reused without our consent. Console and game names belong to their owners.
Our liability
We are liable for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and for losses caused by our failure to deliver or by faulty goods, as the law provides. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when you ordered, or for business losses. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law and disputes
If you buy as a consumer, these terms are governed by the law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before your local courts. If you have a complaint, email us first: we aim to resolve every issue directly.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on the website when you order applies to your order.
